VILLA
KAPARI is ideal for lovers of the Greek islands, for those who like to
live in the nature, love gardening, the sea, and appreciate having an ouzo
on a terrace, with the full moon, hearing nothing but goat' bells!
The
surface of the land, though, allows you by Greek law to expand the covered area of
another 100 m². Moreover, should you be interested in the area for a business
concern, the total building surface may go up to about 1000 m².
The
villa is being sold with all the appliances, lamps, tools and what have
you, as the owners have lived there for two years building up a
comfortable home, not just a summer spot. Unfortunately, they must return to their home in Italy.
As to furniture, kitchen ware, linen, etc. the sale of these items must
be agreed upon.
At any rate, the villa can be used
immediately, without long, time consuming, and stressing bureaucratic
matters.
The area is appealing because of its position. A handful
of people from Canada, Italy, Belgium, Germany and Greece have built
or are building villas in the range of 5 km. All peace lovers!
